Robot Cache reserves the right to change this Robot Cache Refund Policy at any time with 90 days written notice to you.

We want you to love your purchase! You can request a game or other Content refund for any reason, and Robot Cache will in almost all cases issue a refund if the request for a refund is made within 14 days of the original purchase date and the game or other Content has been played less than 2 hours.

You can make a request by completing the Refund Request, which you can find here. After our review of your Refund Request, we’ll do our best to issue a refund within 7 days. When approved, you’ll receive your refund via the same method of payment used to make the purchase, whether by credit or debit card or in IRON. If your credit or debit card is no longer available, (e.g. closed or expired credit card), Robot Cache will issue your credit in Iron. Please note that some methods of payment in your country may not support a refund to the original method of payment, in which case we’ll issue the refund in IRON. Additionally, if IRON was used as a partial payment, we’ll refund the debit or credit card and IRON in their original amounts.

Robot Cache’s refund policy applies to all Content with a few exceptions. In the case of DLC, DLC can be refunded within the same 14-day window as long as the DLC has not been installed or consumed.

For pre-orders, where you paid for a game or other Content in advance, you can request a refund at any time prior to the release of the game or Content. The same 14 day/2-hour refund policy applies starting from the game’s release date.

As final notes, please understand that Robot Cache cannot refund any purchase that is made outside of Robot Cache’s Websites and systems. If you have been removed or banned from Robot Cache for any reason, Robot Cache will not provide you a refund. Robot Cache’s refund policy is intended to provide End Users with a convenient and enjoyable purchase experience, but if you abuse our refund policy (e.g. you use our refund policy as a way to preview or get new games), Robot Cache reserves the right to deny your refund request and to take other precautionary measures to prevent you from future abuses.
