Forgot your password? Resetting your password is extremely easy! There are two ways to reset your password, one is from the login page and the other is at the account settings page if you're already logged in.

Login Page - Password change

Click on "Forgot Password" from the RC login page.

You'll be redirected to the "Forgot Password" page. Enter your email address on the field below and click on "Submit".

If the email address you've entered is associated with an active account, you'll receive an email on the next steps to reset your password.

Once you've received an email, click on "Reset Password" to be redirected to the page where you can enter a new password.

Enter your email address one more time, and this time, enter your new password. Make sure that your new password meets all the requirements, listed here.

Congratulations! You've successfully changed your password! Now you can login to your RC account with your new password!

Account Settings - Password Change

You can also change your password if ever just want to change it when you're already logged in. You can do this here on the "Settings & Privacy" page. Click on "Change Password" to start.

Once you're at the "Change Password" page, enter your current password, then enter the new password you wish to have. Make sure that your new password meets all the requirements as listed here. Click on "Change Password".

There you have it! You can change your password at any time on your account's "Settings & Privacy" page.
