In order to view the latest version of a website, you need to clear the cache memory. This is done by doing a force refresh, hard refresh or forced reload of the website. Depending on your browser there are various methods that this can be accomplished.
Chrome:
To hard refresh on Google Chrome, there are two ways you can do it:
- Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
- Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Firefox:
To hard refresh on Firefox on Windows, there are also two easy hotkey commands you can use:
- Hold down Ctrl, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
- Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Edge:
To hard refresh Edge, there is one simple way to do it:
- Hold the Ctrl and press the F5 key.
- Or, hold the Ctrl key, click the Refresh button.
