The Robot Cache Publisher application fee is a $99 fee charged when you setup your partner account with Robot Cache. Publishers pay this fee once, and can distribute as many titles as you want, under your partner account.
This fee can be payed with any payment method supported by Robot Cache in your region. This fee is not refundable.
