If you are experiencing issues launching the game, 1954 Alcatraz, try the following:

From the Robot Cache Client Stash, right click on 1954 Alcatraz and click on "Open Installation Folder"

Locate the "Alcatraz.exe" and right-click on it

After right-clicking on the 1954 Alcatraz executable, click on "Properties"

With "Properties" open, find and click on the "Compatibility" tab

With the "Compatibility" tab open, select the option to "Run in 640 x 480 resolution"

Select "OK" to save the changes and then attempt to launch the title

If the game still does not launch, click on the "Run in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows 8"

Select "OK" to save these changes and then attempt to launch the game

If this also proves unsuccessful, under the "Compatibility" tab, select the "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and select "OK" to save the settings. 

Once the settings have been saved, attempt to launch the game once more
