IRON is a type of credit that is stored in your Robot Cache Wallet which you can earn from a variety of activities including but not limited to rewards, grants, earning digital currency and resale commissions. Most things that you can buy on the Robot Cache Platform with real-world currency, you can also purchase with IRON.

Receiving and Earning IRON

You must have signed the Robot Cache Subscriber Agreement and have a valid Robot Cache User Account and Robot Cache Wallet to receive or earn IRON.

IRON cannot be purchased, and can only be received or earned through one of the following methods:

• By getting a game refund
• By receiving a resale commission from a resold game;
• By receiving a grant from Robot Cache or an authorized third party

Once IRON is received or earned, it will automatically be placed in your Robot Cache Wallet.

IRON is not a personal property right and you have no ownership rights in any IRON you receive or earn.  You are solely responsible for ensuring that your IRON received or earned is properly credited. If you believe that IRON has been properly received or earned but not properly credited, you may be required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to Robot Cache. Any claim for uncredited IRON must be received by Robot Cache within three (3) months after the IRON was properly received or earned.

Robot Cache shall not be liable for any taxes, fees, costs or other liability you may be subject to from earning or receiving IRON, which shall remain your sole responsibility.

Redeeming IRON

You may use IRON to purchase games, DLC, and other content that may be available on the Robot Cache Platform and for which IRON transactions are enabled. IRON is non-refundable and non-transferable. IRON has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, and furthermore has no value of any kind outside of the Robot Cache Platform.  Robot Cache assumes no responsibility for and is not liable for any unauthorized access by third parties to your account and any unauthorized IRON transactions made from your account. Robot Cache assumes no obligation or duty to re-credit any unauthorized IRON withdrawal made by third parties. Robot Cache reserves the right to review in its sole discretion, however, requests for re-crediting unauthorized IRON withdrawals provided such requests are made to Robot Cache within three (3) months of the unauthorized withdrawal.

IRON Expiration

IRON is valid for one year from the date it was earn. On the first day of each month, IRON earned one year or more prior to that date will automatically expire. Additionally, if you do not use or earn IRON for over 12 months, all of your IRON earned to date will automatically expire at the end of this period.

Policy Change

Robot Cache may change the IRON Policy from time to time.  You will be notified by e-mail of any changes to the IRON policy within sixty (60) days before the entry into force of said changes. Your continued use of your Robot Cache User Account more than thirty (30) days after the entry into force of the changes, will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you don’t agree to the changes, your only remedy is to terminate your Robot Cache User Account or to cease use of your Robot Cache Wallet and IRON. Robot Cache shall not have any obligation to refund any IRON remaining in your Robot Cache Wallet if you terminate your Robot Cache Account.
