We have made mining on Robot Cache simple by needing to turn it on or off with a simple button. There are still some troubleshooting that might need to take place to make sure that your system is ready and able to mine.
The majority of all issues related to the issues with the RC Client and mining on the RC client can be resolved by checking each of the items below.
Supported Video Card | GPU
Check to make sure that your video card | GPU is supported. We keep a list of tested video cards here, that we will continue to update.
The latest version of RC Client
It is important to make sure that you are using the latest versions of the RC Client. The RC Client is self-updating and to be sure you have the latest version, exit and restart the RC Client which will check for any updates as you restart.
Upgrade Video Card | GPU Drivers
If you have not already done so, you will want to make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
Operating System updated
It is important that you are running the latest version of your Windows 64bit Operations system (7,8,10). Please ensure that you have installed all pending and recommended updates from Microsoft.
